How to use

During Menstruation:

Apply a pea-sized amount morning and night from Day 12 to Day 20.

Increase to double this amount from Day 21 to Day 28.

For Use at Other Times:

Apply a pea-sized amount morning and night, increasing to three times daily as required.

Alternate application between inner thigh and upper arm areas for optimal absorption.
