How do I use Idan Oil?

Because it is a true multi-tasker, you can use it all over. For the body, apply it directly to damp skin after a bath or shower to lock in deep hydration. For hair, use a few drops as a leave-in conditioner on damp ends, or apply it as an intensive overnight hair mask before washing. It can also be smoothed onto dry cuticles or applied to pulse points to use as a subtle, natural perfume.

Why has my oil gone solid, and how do I melt it?

Don't worry, this is completely natural! Idan Oil has a base of pure, raw coconut oil, which naturally solidifies when it gets cool (below 24°C). If yours has set, simply hold the bottle under a warm running tap for a minute or pop it in your basin with a little warm water. It will quickly melt back into a beautiful, liquid gold elixir without losing any of its benefits.

s it suitable for sensitive skin or eczema?

Idan Oil is incredibly nourishing and excellent for soothing dry, flaky, or tight skin patches. However, because it contains a real, natural Tuberose flower infusion for its signature scent, we recommend doing a quick patch test first if you are prone to reactive skin or active eczema flares. For highly sensitive or inflamed skin types, we recommend starting with our raw Shea Butter first.

Can I use Idan Oil on my face?

While cold-pressed coconut oil is incredibly hydrating for the body and hair, it can be slightly heavy for the face and may clog pores if you are prone to breakouts. Because of this, and the natural fragrance infusion, we recommend keeping Idan Oil as your ultimate head-to-toe body, hair, and fragrance ritual, rather than a facial oil.
